Start your Be Calm journey with your first one-on-one coaching session. From here we will determine what you need, and how we can help you find more calm in your life. The consultations take place virtually.

We write and explore topics around health, fitness, beauty and wellness. These services include article and blog writing, email campaigns, newsletters, website content, product descriptions, research, as well as content for social media in related fields.

PRESENTATIONS

Be Calm puts motivational presentations together to inspire and encourage teams, individuals and leaders in and outside of business. Our heart and principles for mind-body connection can create more self-awareness, improve communication and create a healthier culture.

Group or Private Pilates Classes

Movement is an important part of connecting the mind and body. We use pilates exercises to strengthen, lengthen and ensure freedom of movement in our bodies as we get older. Certified STOTT Pilates instructors are on-board to create personalised workouts according to individual or group needs. The classes can be conducted virtually or depending on your location, at your home or business.

RETREATS

Be Calm hosts beautifully located retreats and workshops throughout the year. During the retreat, you will relax, enjoy delicious food, beautiful scenery, gentle movement, as well as mind-body learning. These events are designed for you to switch off and reconnect. Our retreats take place near the ocean or the mountains, depending on the time of year.
